Title: functoriality / change of rings
Description: Proposed new functions:

    Tor_i(f:M -> N, M, N, P) - returns the map Tor_i(M,P) -> Tor_i(N,P)

    Tor_connecting_i(injective/surjective f:M -> N, P) - returns the map
	    Tor_i(coker f / N, P) -> Tor_(i-1)(M / ker f, P)

    Tor_i^R(R_M, S_N, ring map f:R -> S) - returns the R-module Tor_i(M,N)
				       - (R_M denotes that M is an R-module)

    Tor_i^S(R_M, S_N, ring map f:R -> S) - returns the S-module Tor_i(M,N)
				       - (R_M denotes that M is an R-module)

    Tor_i^R(S_M, S_N, ring map f:R -> S) - returns the R-module Tor_i(M,N)

    Tor_i^S(S_M, S_N, ring map f:R -> S) - returns the S-module Tor_i(M,N)

         same for other slot, Ext, etc.

	 do something for the long exact sequence

    cohomology of coherent sheafs
    global Ext
    sheaf Ext
    global Tor
    sheaf Tor
