getTrackTime -- elapsed time taken by solver

Synopsis

Usage:

t = getTrackTime G
Inputs:
- G, an instance of the type HomotopyGraph,
Outputs:
- t, a real number,

Description

This only works on graphs which have been modified by a solver.
