maximalElements -- determines the maximal elements of a poset

Synopsis

Usage:

M = maximalElements P
Inputs:
- P, an instance of the type Poset,
Outputs:
- M, a list,

Description

An element of $P$ is a maximal element if it no other element of $P$ is greater than it.

i1 : P = poset {{a,b}, {a,c}, {c,d}};

i2 : maximalElements P

o2 = {b, d}
