## Description

Given an ideal $I$ and an integer $n$, returns the larger value between the maximum of the quotients $m/k$ that fail $I^{(m)} \subseteq I^k$ with $k \leq n$ and $\frac{\alpha(I)}{waldschmidt(I)}$.
