  isIsotropic(beta)

• Inputs:
  • beta, a Grothendieck Witt Class, denoted by $\beta\in\text{GW}(k)$, where $k$ is the rationals, reals, complex numbers, or a finite field.
• Outputs:
  • a Boolean value, whether $\beta$ is isotropic
