CohomologyTally -- cohomology table

Description

A CohomologyTally is designed to hold cohomology dimensions h^i(E(d-i)) in the i-th row and the d-th column of the table, for some sheaf or vector bundle E on P^n. The initial motivation was to provide a nice visual display of this information. However, some computations involving CohomologyTally are implemented.
