viewPicture(String) -- view a Picture in a browser

Synopsis

Function: viewPicture
Usage:

viewPicture(filename)
Inputs:
- filename, a string, the name of the file (possibly with path) containing the picture

Caveat

For the moment, it only works with SVG pictures and browsers supporting them.
