mutableMatrix(Ring,ZZ,ZZ) -- make a mutable matrix filled with zeroes

Synopsis

Function: mutableMatrix
Usage:

mutableMatrix(R,nrows,ncols)
Inputs:
- R, a ring
- nrows, an integer
- ncols, an integer
Optional inputs:
- Dense => ..., default value true, whether the encoding of the matrix should be dense or not: see MutableMatrix
Outputs:
- a mutable matrix, an nrows by ncols mutable matrix filled with zeroes from the ring R

Description

i1 : m = mutableMatrix(QQ,10,20)

o1 = 0

o1 : MutableMatrix

i2 : m_(5,5) = 11/13
