The program normaliz, written by Winfried Bruns, Bogdan Ichim, and Christof Soeger, provides computations in affine monoids, vector configurations, lattice polytopes, and rational cones. It is available at http://www.mathematik.uni-osnabrueck.de/normaliz/. The package Normaliz is an interface to it.
