Synopsis

• Function: isPointEmbedded

• Usage:

  B = isPointEmbedded(P,I,C)

• Inputs:
  • P, a point
  • I, an ideal
  • C, a list, witness sets representing components of Spec(I) containing P
• Optional inputs:
  • AllVisible => ..., default value false
• Outputs:
  • B, a Boolean value

Description

This method runs a numerical embedded component test described in the following paper.
