HypertextContainer -- the class of markup lists that can contain paragraphs

Description

Mark-up lists of this type get special handling when converted to nets by net, because the paragraphs must be collected and wrapped.

Types of markup list container :

BODY -- hypertext BODY item
DIV -- a hypertext division
DL -- hypertext DL element
HEAD -- hypertext HEAD item
HTML -- hypertext item
INDENT (missing documentation)
LI -- hypertext list item
MENU -- hypertext menu item
OL -- hypertext OL item
TABLE -- hypertext table
TR -- hypertext TR element
UL -- hypertext UL item
